Hey y'all! Welcome back to TPIL! I speak with Karley Richard who just competed at the Virginia Pro and came in 4th place against some of the strongest drug tested powerlifting women in the World! She also took 2nd place at this years Mega Nationals in the 90kg class and it was her 2nd meet ever! We get to learn about her as a lifter and about her life outside of the sport!
